Normal iHop! Service is always really good here! The staff is friendly. Our food order was taken immediately because we were hungry. The waiter was quick and checked on us constant! Our food arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered so that was a plus!

This is my second time to this location in a month. The first time my girlfriend and I sat there for 15 minutes and we're not greeted or given silverware, water, or even told that someone would be with us shortly or at all for that matter. Needless to say we walked out and I'm sure they couldn't care less. So today we try this ihop again because it's the closest to our house. Now this time I ordered a veggie omelette and wheat pancakes. My girlfriend ordered the split decision with a side of toast. Everything first of all was cold. Just as cold as the freezing dining room. My omelette which I've had before at other ihops before is supposed to be the size of a normal omelette. This was the smallest omelette I've ev

Waited an hour for 5 of 6 orders. The 6th order arrived at the table as we were leaving. Had dried food in the bottom of my cup. Service was awful. Never again iHop, never again...

We love going to Ihop because they have such great breakfasts especially the pancakes. The cakes are the only reason I go. I enjoy being able to order a different kind/flavor each time I visit. And they usually have some kind of very reasonable special on cakes as well. The service is usually fast and friendly. I can't wait to go back.

This was our first visit to IHop and it was a very bad experience . They made us wait for 40 minutes when there were vacant tables . After 40 min wait no one came to our table to take the order . After 20 minutes our order was taken when we asked a waiteress to send someone to our table . We got our order after 25 minutes and the waiter forgot a part of the order . It took us 1.45 minutes to get two omlettes. Food was good but the service overall was extremly bad . Amita

I ordered the four piece fried chicken meal. The largest piece when I opened it up to eat it was cold. I asked to talk to the manager. He stated I wasn't the first to state this, this has happened before. Really? People get sick from this! He state the cooks are supposed to use timers, but they don't. Beware when eating here!

My son's pancake arrived raw inside. My wife's scrambled eggs were the same. When the waitress took it back to the kitchen,she told the cook to "just warm it up". Called manager to table to explain,he could have cared less. The waitress kept saying she was so busy. I counted five tables in total. The table behind us had raw food as well. I will not be back.

It's an IHOP. They have pancakes and everything else you would expect from the International House Of Pancakes. The service is pretty quick and friendly, the prices aren't bad and if you're traveling they are right off the highway and open 24/7. Also I've noticed that this IHOP is much cleaner than other ones I've been.

I never understand why the phone seems to be busy a lot of the time--it's not like DeBary is in a huge urban area. I usually call ahead and order take out. The food is good, it's typical IHOP fare, so lots of combinations of omelets, pancakes, an assortment of meats, and diner lunch and menu items are available. Place is clean and the service is friendly.

The new flavored coffees are yummy... I got Swiss mocha. Also trying the loaded potatoes 3 different choices. It was very delicious. I was very happy with the specialty items I tried on the menu this day. As I've written before its hard to mess up breakfast.

service was super slow especially for a Monday mid-morning. Waitress kept telling us how busy she was, really don't care..... just want my pancakes. Also took long time for coffee refills. food delivered cold. overall brutal.

IHOPs are just convenient places to stop off and get something palatable and plentiful for a quick and filling breakfast. Don't expect a gourmet experience and get all huffy and attitudinal when the hollandaise isn't perfect and mimosas are no where to be found. With that said, this is one of my brother's favorite breakfast spots so we took a short drive over and were seated promptly by a friendly server. Drinks came quickly and orders taken. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs with hash browns. My sister-in-law had the combination breakfast and my brother had pancakes, eggs and sausage. Pancakes make me gag so I always have whole wheat toast with my breakfast. The chicken fried steak was acceptable and actually quite tasty. I've had better but for Pete's sake, It's IHOP. The eggs were cooked over medium the way I like them and the hash browns had enough crisiness to them without being dried out. The meal was avery, filling and tasty. My sister-in-law and my brother were happy with their meals too. There's not much variation in the IHOPs with exception of service. One reason people like IHOP is because they know what to expect and expectations are not high. IHOP is a reliable joint for the value, portions and average acceptability of food quality. I'll continue to visit IHOPs nationwide.
